Pizza Bonanza

Friday was our Dinner and a Movie night whereby we do something special for dinner and watch a movie -- either at home or at the theatre. Last week I decided to make home-made pizza. It was a huge success!!

I discovered a new recipe for pizza. Truth be told: it's a bread-machine recipe and I did absolutely none of the kneeding or mixing or anything of that sort (sigh of relief!)

But WOW did it ever make phenomenal pizza dough! Amazing what a little beer can do:

While I was feeling so adventuresome, I happened to make tomato sauce as well. Not as 'successful' but sufficiently delicious.


In the end, two large pizzas with tender, fluffy crust emerged from the oven to tempt our dear hungry bellies. Needless to say, they did not last long!
